Following the core principles of industry leaders like Zoho, our commitment is simple: We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising revenue. We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide our high-capacity messaging and SMPP gateway services.

1. Information You Provide

• Account Signup: When you register for an account (client or reseller), we collect your name, business email (social@fusionfive.net), phone number, and company details.
• Payment Information: We do not store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed through secured, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
• Customer Support: Information shared during technical support requests is used solely to resolve the issue.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

We log basic information such as your IP address, browser type, and navigation patterns on our site. We use this to improve our system performance, monitor firewall security, and prevent unauthorized access.

Part II – Information We Process on Your Behalf (Service Data)

When you use Fusion Five to send messages (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.), you entrust us with the data of your end-users. This is Service Data.

1. Ownership and Control

You own your Service Data. Fusion Five processes this data only according to your instructions (e.g., routing a message through a specific gateway). You have the right to access, export, or delete your Service Data at any time.

2. Data Retention

We hold Service Data in your active account for as long as you choose to use our services. Upon termination of your account, data is automatically deleted from our active database within 6 months and from backups within 3 months thereafter.

Part III – Security & General Terms

1. Security Measures

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—including IP firewalls and encrypted SMPP binds—to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your information.

2. International Transfers

By using our services, you understand that your personal information and Service Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our gateways operate. We ensure all such transfers are governed by appropriate data protection agreements.

3. Do Not Track (DNT)

We currently do not honor "Do Not Track" signals from web browsers, as no universal standard has been established. We will adopt a standard once one emerges.
